BuildSmart is an AI-powered business plan generator designed for Indian founders and entrepreneurs. The Service generates business plans based on user inputs using artificial intelligence.

3. Use of AI-Generated Content

The business plans generated by BuildSmart are created using AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. Always consult qualified professionals (CA, lawyer, financial advisor) before making significant business decisions.

BuildSmart does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated content. Financial projections are estimates only and actual results will vary.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BuildSmart to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service's AI systems or content engine.

6. Intellectual Property

The BuildSmart platform, including its design, content engine, and AI systems, is owned by BuildSmart. Business plans you generate using your own inputs belong to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

BuildSmart is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any business losses, financial losses, or other damages resulting from use of the Service or reliance on generated content.

8. Pricing and Payment

Free tier usage is provided at no cost. Pro and Enterprise plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
